WHO WE ARE

The Rocky Mountain Eagles Chapter is a 501 (c) 3 organization of veterans in the Rocky Mountain Region who have served with or were attached to the 101st Airborne Division at some time during their military service. We have had members who served in conflicts from World War II through Desert Storm, OIF/OEF and the continuing wars on global terrorism. While most of our members reside in the Rocky Mountain Region, we do have members in a number of states. We also have members who are veterans of other services.

The Rocky Mountain Eagles Chapter of the 101st Airborne Division Association was chartered in April 1989.  Since that time, our activities have included picnics, dinners, and other social activities that bring us together. We provide support for other non-profits and scholarships through cash donations to  those organizations.  We also participate in patriotic events such as parades and at veteran’s memorials. As a band of Eagles, we honor all who have served, living, missing or fallen and support them through various activities. Some of our past activities include:

Visitations to Veterans Homes
Participate in Veteran’s Day Parades throughout Colorado.
Greeley Stampede 4th of July Parade
Veteran’s Day Memorial in Greeley, CO
Annual Tet/Bastogne Memorial Banquet
Annual Picnic
Donations to Chappie Hall Scholarship Fund and other 101st Airborne Division Foundation charities that support the active duty families and other veteran members
Hosted national 101st Association Reunion in 1992.  We did it again in 2019 with participation from across the USA, Canada and England.
Donation to various Veterans Monuments
We make contributions to the various National Association’s funds that support the active duty soldiers and their families
We continue to serve those who sacrifice and serve!
